Go to behance.net you'll find a lot of different styles of portfolio, go with the one which suits your type of work. Start designing your portfolio in photoshop. width of your post should be 1400 px and there's no limit to length. make sure you post your best work in it .. Good luck !!

Behance is good, I really like artstation cuz of the other features it has n its sort of small
