I've seen some pretty amazing Gmod RP servers. To be fair, it was pre-Gmod 13 and custom content was basically everywhere. Garry's Mod and roleplay work in a sentence, not as much as before but more than GTA 5 and RP.

That would require a lot more time then setting up a darkrp server. If i were you I would use NutScript
