Seems like a lot of LoL players here, so I figured I'd ask a question.

Is there a hero that is easy to learn the game mechanics with? I know in some games, they have easier to play characters, but Google shows varied results.

Rather hear it from real humans.

I'm basically attempting to get my non-gaming roommate into it since they showed interest, but I don't want to pick heroes that have a lot of things you need to pay attention to.

Attempting to avoid early burnout.

Thanks.

I learned some good things with Alistar. You should try him.

I appreciate that. We're looking into it now and a tank seems good so we don't get killed so fast.
