Well, how I started on here is kinda weird. I wasn't here for the content, even though people usually join for that reason.
Maybe it's better if you don't know why I did join, some probably know.
For some time, I was just here to cause havoc (failed mostly). Then I kinda left another forum, and started to get more into Nulled.
I started to like the fresh community, which was lacking but at the same time very small and homelike.
General staff work and how I got it
I was just minding my own business, I think I was actually talking to Aoki. He randomly started talking about how he needs a new staff member.
I didn't take much interest, because it seemed like more work and a waste of time. He finally pressured me to try, I took the offer and here I am now.
Being staff is nothing amazing, trust me. Most of the time it's dealing with people who are lacking IQ in the appeals section, some are pretty funny.
A lot of it is banning leechers, warning people and moving threads. There are a few other cases too though.
How it has progressed
I think Nulled has a lot to improve. It's only a year old (not counting forumcamp). There are rules, features and changes often applied.
There has been some trial and error, like the anonymous forum. It was a great idea which was in the end, ruined by the community.
What we could improve
I think we should advertise it more. I like the close, family like community, but it's lacking.
The forum is slow activity wise, there are spikes, but it's not constant activity. We need more users that communicate with the community.
I'm not even asking for "high quality" users, just chill people to talk to.
What to expect
Nulled 3.0 coming out. New theme, more features. To be honest, I can't even wait for it.
A lot of time and effort has been put into it by Aoki
Congrats on a year NBB. Couldn't have been possible without the users, staff and the admins.
