Nice MyBB Postbit?

Could anyone provide me with a nice, slick but simple MyBB postbit?

I have this at the moment:

Give us an example and we can give you the CSS to make it, there are plenty of options

Use float: right; that's the only thing missing to have the same postbit as here.
