NulledBB Game???

Not just months but it also takes funding for example; if we was to use unreal engine - we could have to buy the content packs... sure we could make our own but it would take even more months to put that together for one pack, now you got to think... trees need texture, broken cars, broken buildings, different types of land, environmental stuff...
If you take a look at how much one content pack costs, then you'll know why it's, well, basically impossible.

This was attempted on another site and it just wont really work.
