Optifine or Sodium?

optifine is more reliable , plus there are tons of players using this mod

Optifine better more fps, shaders pack and you can play with hd skin

i prefer the old classic optfine since its available for more versions
if sodium would have more versions availabe i would use it

I can't believe all of the Optifine comments in here lol. Jellysquid is a literal god. When I play Minecraft I only use Sodium, mixed with Lithium and Phosphor, the FPS increase is night and day. Those three mods are completely client-side, but do require Fabric loader. The install is simple and can be played on any server. Yes Optifine is the original, and it's a classic, but you can literally load a compat mod called OptiFabric that gives you the zoom feature everybody claims to love. The only downside to using Fabric+Sodium+Lithium+Phosphor is that you can't use shaders AT THE MOMENT. There is a mod that is in the works that is working on adding shaders to said mods, but its extremely experimental and in early development. So far the time being, judge it off this basis:

Actual Performance - Sodium, Lithium, Phosphor, Fabric
Shaders - Optfine

Yep I agree optifine has better features.

Optifine is better cuz it gives you more fps , zoom feature, shaders option

I've been using optifine for the longest time and I can't play without it now. love the zoom and fps boost!
