On August 15,Netflix officially renewed the series for a second season.Jason Bateman has some serious plans for this show. ?Theres not some obnoxious cliffhanger, Bateman saidin an interview with Indiewire. ?Im really, really proud of [showrunner] Chris [Mundy] and his staff; the way that they chose to wrap everything up in a pretty subtle way.
Regarding his plans for Season 2, Bateman teased the possibility that Marty (Bateman) may be working more closely with the Snells (Peter MullanandLisa Emery) and Ruth (Julia Garner). He also pointed out that as the series progresses, Marty will have to wash more money, which will naturally raise the stakes. ?He might spend a little time up in St. Louis or Kansas City in pursuing some of these bigger deals that hes going to need to accomplish to get this bigger number washed, he said.
