Have you ever been limited?

Personally I hate how PayPal can perma limit accounts at own pleasure and keep you waiting for months before releasing funds.
They just introduced a new block for new accounts in my country.. I find it's ridicolous that I have to wait 21 days before being able to even spend my money.

Never been limited, and I've had to raise the limits several times. I'd never keep money in PayPal however - I transfer all of it straight out.

Well, if I were to withdraw my money, would it give me a better chance at winning chargebacks?

I've never lost a charge back yet, so quite possibly.

Most of the time, it's because you have violated their ToS... yet some people still moan.

I've only ever been limited on Stripe (but it was resolved) because of somebody who got past my fraud filters...

Oh well Smile

I'm from Spain and I never have any restriction, I use it regularly and I get paid on time.
