Paypal Transfers/refunds

Shouldn't take too long for them to get it is needs be screenshot the transaction and email it to them as proof.

Usually will take up to 1-3 business days. Seeing as it is a Saturday, you should follow up on Wednesday.

Depending on the day of the refund if its not Monday through Friday it will take 3-4 days.

Did they pay via their PayPal account, or just via their credit/debit card without an actual PayPal account?

If they logged into PayPal then they will be able to see it in their account, otherwise it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to be reflected on their bank statement

As long as you send them the refund don't worry about it. Sometimes paypal is weird and takes a while to process if its refunding to a bank account
