Phantom on paper seems like the go to weapon; more ammo, faster fire rate, no tracers, faster spray reset. The only downside being that it can't oneshot at all ranges like the vandal
Even though the phantom seems to outperform the vandal in almost all categories, it all comes down to personal preference.

vandal but most of the time i get annoyed by it cause i can't control its recoil that well sometimes
