Plugin Request

I need a plugin..

Here is what I need the plugin to work like.. basically user titles but I want to set default backgrounds like for example this..

And maybe add more to let VIP or upgraded members to use from and want allow them to color their own user title.

If someone can make a such plugin like thislet me know the price please.

So you want customization enabled usertitles that:

Users - can freely change the background with a few options and
Upgraded Members - can freely change the font color, weight and have access to a wider array of backgrounds?


Essentially you just want the plugin that allows you to change your username stuff, but to change it over to replace the usertitle hook rather than a username.

Correct, but i need to work like this exactly, users can choose one of the default backgrounds also add custom title with color.
