Is there a plugin for trophies? I did a lot of research on google, and I did not find anything.

Here's a link to MyAwards, which is the plugin suggested above that should do the trick for you just fine.

I'd recommend Achievements, I haven't tried it out myself but have it seen it work on a forum a year back. Or, you could always use MyAwards and then pay someone to make it grant automatically.
