PointShop Item Maker, is there no more free scripts for it?

Long ago, like a year or so, i had some addon instaled from Workshop that given me a chance to make a custom hats for my TTT server Pointshop. At the moment i cant find any alternitives exept for thisItemMaker
but its has payment :
Could anyone give me a hint, is there a chance, or should i search for leak?
