Pointing out something

So, being a new server, I want to attract players, so I put "NEED STAFF" in the title. This might make people want to join due to the increased chances of becoming admin. Little did I know, this would attract all sorts of fuckery.

I start to get a few people joining my server, so I greet them, and immediately overwhelmed with demands of superadmin. I tell them "if you want to be staff, you have to have a bit of gametime and apply on the forums. And they respond with "but it says "NEED STAFF" in the title".

Does this not sound dumb to you? That if it says "NEED STAFF" in a server title it apparently means they get superadmin right away?

If I am wrong, feel free to let me know, but I would love to hear your opinions on it.
