are the visits real? how much?

Anyone used this service noted that it affected rankings in google longterm/short term? A lot of traffic should be an indicator for google to up the rankings, but question is if it will be too obvious with too much traffic. Is it only direct traffic or could it be via the google search result page?

As a not very experienced hacker.. should I be worrying about this? Bought the software but not sure if I want these on my computer so to speak.
