[Question] Sourcebans ulx addon

Wanted to ask if anybody around here has a working sourcebans ulx addon?
I know there is this "anotherulxsbans" around the web, but I can't get it to run for the life of me. Managed to get it somewhat working, but still the web side of sourcebans++ can't connect to the server and ye :/

I should mention that I'm not running a server, it is just me and my friend
