So, after 8 years. I'm taking a break from smoking weed for my sake. I'm just wondering, who else has quit. It may be a temporary, or permanent thing depending on my will to make it an occasional instead of habitual. What kind of things can you recommend to help clear my mind when its tough. I have a vape so it does help with habitual areas.

Ignorance is bliss.

Oh, god. I saw this post on the sidebar, and then saw your name as the OP for the thread - thought you were quitting Nulled.
Anyways, try music? I've always used it as something to clear my mind. Maybe just try to occupy yourself with as much things as possible that you don't have a time/chance to consider sitting down and smoking.

Lol, I too thought this was a post about quitting the forum. I never really understood why people post those, mainly just for attention.
Anyways, that's great that you're quitting! I hope you are successful and you change your life for the better.

The body is amazing, But a high tolerance can't just be cut cold without some serious emotional (chemical) typeRe-construction.

What that means is if this is your first break off the Kings Cabbage, you will experience the 7 day journey no matter who you are.
Each person Differs slightly. Me? I was useless... could not do ANYTHING productive... YouTube and fitness was the only way to feel good. I totally lost my desire to Eat anything as well so be aware of that!

Day 1 = Stressed
Day 2= Stressed/slight anger
Day 3= Angry/Bothered for no reason
Day 4 = Highly Emotional, maybe Crying or slightAnxiety
Day 5 = Emotional and Slightly Busy or bored
Day 6 = Emotional, Energetic, Awake, Loving, Stressed, Anxiety
Day 7 = Differs for everyone, some people break completely free here, Some feel good, but are exciting to reward themselves with the Herb once again

After 7 full days your body should be 70-80% Chemically Reconstructed (Each Drug differs asthis is only data on Marry J)
If you go back to smoking cones you'll be cooked again for the first time lol, but you can easily slip back into your bad tolerance within a week....

If you make it to day 7 then maybe you shouldconsider a month, Everything is okay if it is respectfully taken in moderation.

WARNING: 420 SUPPRESSES DREAM ACTIVITY, YOU MAY EXPERIENCE EXTREME DREAMING WHILST OFF THE DRUG.

The one thing i've always noticed with smoking weed is that it passes time effectivly before i know it an hour or so has passed. I've got a mate who's smoked with me for the last 14 years and he's decided to quit and the hardest thing he found from the whole experience was finding something else to help fill the time. He states when he's busy his mind doesnt even think about smoking weed but it's the times when he either has nothing to do or nobody to do it with. Thats when his mind starts to wander back to weed because he knows it will help pass the time....
