[REQUEST/REASON] CIV6 / Endless Legends CE Menu or lack there of

Is there a reason why a popular game like CIV6 doesn't have a working Cheat Engine table? I searched for one a week ago on fearless revolution but the one I found didnt work at all.

As for Endless Legends I resorted to just looking for the Dust values myself which if I remember correctly was not very easy. Though this game is not very popular and I only found it from watching mandalore gaming.

Do turned based game have a quirk where it is difficultto save values or are the players not interested.

If you have any working tables for either/ know why I would love to see.
