Rate this Userbar

Greetings,

I have not designed a Userbar in quite awhile. So I opened up photoshop and experimented for a bit
and came out with a Userbar design that I thought was worth the share. What do you guys think?

Looks really Transparent. Make it little dark and it would look amazing :D

Make it more darker and add an alternative colour somewhere?

It looks decent, it needs a little 'pop' of colours. It's a little too dark.

It's good, just change the set of colour for some few layers
