Maybe there are too many elements on top of each other.
I would also do a test with different fonts

the top letters seem a bit out of place, and you cant really read them well, maybe change the blending mode or add something behind, like a light source or a shadow

The P.A. look messed up, and maybe try to play with texture to make it look more pro, kinda look like some cheap thing From the mid 00's, and that's a fucking vibe, but I'd ether make it more pro or hella kitsch.

The title font of the poster is not eye-catching enough, I think it can be handled in a better way. Pusha smg nikko is not obvious as the subtitle.

Try playing around with your values. The text falls into the midrange and gets overpowered by the lighter police tape and other elements at the bottom. The title and artist names should be the first thing the eyes are drawn to.

Honestly, I think it looks a little too old school for me. Definitely needs a focus.

Smells like 2008 but i dunno

I think the police line below is kind of distracting but overall looks nice!
