Obviously trading standards is the absolute minimum companies have to comply with, so sure some places will accept refund requests even if it is digital or you have changed your mind.

*cough* report the payment as unauthorised *cough* most banks will refund the money without batting an eyelid if you say that you did not make the transaction.

Well then that's fraudulent so sure, you could do that. Most banks would also terminate your card and send you a new one. Not something I would be willing to do for some icons..
