Requesting Userbar Set

Before dissing or complaining, this is not for my site, this is for someone who wants some userbars done. Won't be reselling, I help them out with theme edits. I might be using some of the userbars (Staff, VIP, etc.) on my site though.

I'd like for these to be done for free, but I know that's not going to happen. If someone can get this done I'll give them some Microsoft Keys and some money. Don't start on this if you want to charge, message me your price first.
