yes but you need an account for vk and you can only with a russian number

unsplash is a must for me, you can find almost anything

blkmarket is good if you don't mind paying. kind of hard to rip some of their better plugins

it depends on what kind of designs you are looking for. give FREEPIK a look. you might find what you want there.
