If someone has that method they probably are not going to post it here publicly so it gets ruined. With that said the best way is to figure out how to do it yourself. I'm sure a lot of people try this because Video cards are of much interest to people who SE for example gamers and hackers. Start by doing some research on their warranty process. Message support get as much information as you can. Once you identified a weak spot in the warrenty (for example they replace video cards if there is a short in the circuit board) Then you can get the serial numbers of the card you want. Then you can message support and tell them you have a card you took to a computer repair shop and they tested it and the circuit was bad. Then tell them the computer guy said he shouldn't work on it because it might void the warranty. Say that the computer repair guy told me to contact you then ask them what you should do. IF and most likely WHEN they ask you to send back the item, you are going to need a way around it. FOR example USPS priority tracking DOES NOT show the address the package was delivered to it only shows the zip code(this is for security reasons). So send a box with weight in it(at least as much as the video card weighs) to a warehouse in the same zip code as where they tell you to ship the broken card. This way when they check the tracking number online it will say delivered and it will have their zip code and that is all. This will not work with fed ex or UPS so you have to send it USPS. If they offer to send you out a shipping label say you would rather send it yourself(so you can choose usps as opposed to whatever carrier they might send you) tell them you use the computer for college and you need this fixed ASAP and the extra days it would take for the return box to get to you would take too long. NOW if they want to email you a return label to print out you can always just send it usps and act stupid like I dont have a printer blah blah blah whatever.

THis is not a method this is just how a social engineer would approach the situation. Its always a lot better to come up with your own ideas as opposed to using ones you find online. GOOD LUCK!
