Selling Krotix.net - File Sharing Site

After a serious discussion with my friends, We've decided to sell Krotix. Krotix is a file sharing service which allows anyone to upload and have a storage space up to 500GB. We started this around 6-7 months ago and now due to various reasons, we'll be selling it.
We have an Alexa rank of 580k and still improving.
What we have:

• 12,000+ total uploaded files, A lot of downloads, Good user-base, And More..

We will over support for 3 months and can do this in these ways:
1) Source code + Plugins + License. [Just $150]
2) Source code . [Just $80]
3) Source code + YS license with valid support and plugins ( FTP Upload, Media Player, Social Login, Newsletter, Document Viewer, Media converter and Stripe) + Your servers. [$120]
4) Your own way (PM me)

I'd take 3 with the YS license, plugins and so on. I will pay via BTC but $400 is way to much.
Since your website doesn't have any/much traffic at all i won't use it.
