Separate categories plugin

This is copied from nulledbb forum. Does anyone know what plugin groups categories like that?
Instead of listing it in 1 page, maybe can seperate like that.
I tried to find for a long time, but im still scratching my head.

MyTabs plugin do the same but of course you need to create some CSS to show it like Nulledbb.
