Serious By law our cars have to be road worthy, but the roads dont have to be car worthy

In my country (Hungary) its a huge problem that the roads are not really vehicle friendly at all while the law requires us to check up our cars every 2 years if they are road worthy.


what is the situation about this in other countries?

In the Good Ole US of A our roads have to meet certain requirements for the population. Like a dirt road in a ruralarea, but a 12 lane high way that supports thousands of tons for our major cities, that carry a lot of people.

In my country (UK) roads are absoloute crap, pothoels everywhere, we pay road tax to pay for the roads hwoever, we never see much improvement.

yup, the UK has this exact problem. we can relate.

Canada has reallyt nice roads with no taxes towards the road and is car worthy

its shit in most countries, just fuck over taxpayers, we pay rego and tax for the roads but they still suck

I know, this proper takes the piss, the council in all areas of the U.K lke to see other situations more important then the pot holes on our roads...

hahaha, not wrong there, personally I often wonder why we have a government and a queen, like get rid of the government and let the queen rule and boom, uk's economics sorted, NHS will be fully funded again whilst the roads get fixed and police officers can expand their workforces again lol
