May I ask what country you are from? Illegal guns in America are any guns that are fully automatic, which is for military use only. Honestly I don't know if the fully automatic guns are imported or self-made, but the majority of guns used in shootings are semi-automatic anyway, since it is hard to obtain a fully automatic weapon in the first place.

It isn't hard as it's way too easy to obtain one .

Google and Compare Finland to America - Is where I live. All of my opinions are based on the truth that no "shootings" which fucking sounds crazy never need to happen..

The thing that there's this thing called a government which works because there is also us the citizens.

The GOV does something the citizen nor anyone else would like to happen - just happens because there's an authority you must follow - THIS is the problem.
It shouldn't exist and democrazy is still the answer! Smile
So if the government decides to murder large percentages of the population, your belief is that because it is the government, and it has this authority, that it is okay?

I agree with you that no shootings should happen, but I don't think you know the process of getting a gun in America.

Indonesia, check it out.

And I find this article

"Data from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms underscores this point: In 2014, ATF traced the source of over 170,000 guns used in crimes in the U.S. And well over a quarter of them -- 28 percent -- were used to commit crimes in a state other than the one they were purchased in. The map below shows which states these border-crossing crime guns came from." Link

I mean 28% is a high number for me, and I'm sure this is will increase time by time. If they decided to forbid gun maybe they can reduce this gun shooting crime.

If the tyrannical government sends military troops to sieze your belongings, then I would think so.

Took a moment to understand what you're searching for.

Obviously this is why the gun can be kept on you - What the great ancestors created the laws for which now are? been?? tried (or already done?) to rip down.

What happens if the military suddenly wants your legal gun? Are you allowed to shoot the one who works to the government as a military-troop w/e or are they allowed to seize you before you're the risk? Even when the gun is a legal one or do they shoot only the illegal gun owners?

But in my country guns are forbidden and the rate of mass shooting or homicide are very low because no one is possessed a gun. and where are illegal guns from America obtained? is import or self-made?

Just to drop by and add another word on this.

Some types of guns were banned over the years of the creation of the US. Some of these guns are still incirculation, probably from gangs or organizations.
Then ofc you have the self-made guns or imported guns which also get put into circulation.

You are getting some sources which is good, but you arent fully reading it.
"
The ATF data is not perfect, of course. A 2009 Congressional Research Service report notes that there is variation in how different jurisdictions recover and report on crime guns, that many crime guns can't be traced, and that guns recovered by police may be not be representative of the total universe of guns used by criminals"
And.
"One important thing to note is that the average time between when a gun is purchased and when it's used in a crime is over 10 years. This means that people aren't typically buying in one place and then immediately driving across state lines to commit a crime"

The military can't go off on a movement to start taking possession of guns without the approval of Congress. They can't take your gun that you bought legally, they also can't search your possessions without any probable cause to do so.

My bad didn't read it, this can change my mind actually, but want to find an argument to make my mind disagree with gun ownership.

Have they already improved the restriction on gun ownership because of there still a lot of mass shooting which the gun is legally obtained?
