Serious [Debate] Is it unethical to eat meat?

As long as they are killed in the least painful way possible, I dont want them to suffer, but I still like bacon!

I wouldn't say it's unethical, but treating the animal of which you choose to eat badly is unethical. People whom choose not to eat meat, I say kudos to them on being able to make such a dietary change. I couldn't see myself changing myself in order to do such. It makes you actually respect those that have the ability to go forth of which they believe.
