what do you like to do on days when you are bad? Like punching bag helps, but it's not enough

I grab a cold soda and go outside and watch the squirrels and tree rodents live their lives. It's therapeutic to see these living beings not have a worry besides eating their nuts, makes you realize your problems mean nothing in this universe and you have no reason to feel upset, mad, sad because it's all temporary
It doesn't have to be a soda, could be a beer, a cigarette.

Look into meditation and mindfulness, honestly has helped me out alot.

When I have a bad day I usually get an iced tea and take a long walk.

Taking a long bath or talking with someone about it helps me a lot

You have to practice it for some time before it starts having and effect though

I would replace meditation with ... reading. is the same meditation but you also get some new information simultaneous. And not just sitting in one position for hours listening to your breathing.
