How..? He doesn't run Mega.

I was wondering... Doesn't he have parts of MEGA or would it be too risky for the company itself (because of him having a chance to get arrested)

A chinese(?) company bought more shares than he owns so he lost it.

Not completely sure because I'm talking from from the top of my head not citing from online resources.

Thanks for the info.
But, I was wondering, if he still has parts he still has (legally) an influence on the decisions that are made in the administration of the company.

"Beijing-based Li Zhi Min, who bought a cornerstone stake in Mega from Shen Zhao Wu in July, now owns 43 percent of the company after buying 304,530 shares at $13.135 apiece on July 29, while Yang Jianhong, joined the share register on Aug. 6, buying 228,398 at $13.135 and giving him 24 percent, according to documents filed with the Companies Office. Mega raised a further $500,000 in a two-for-one rights issue on Aug. 6, selling the shares at $1.79 each."

"(Mega) suffered from a hostile takeover by a Chinese investor who is wanted in China for fraud though the use of a number of straw-men and businesses to accumulate more and more Mega shares."

Can I resume this by saying that everyone should download his shit and find another hoster
