Serious What happened to LF?

From many users coming in, it's been said that LF will shut down in about 3 weeks or so.
What really happened though? There hasn't been any official announcement on the forum news sections, so I'm legitimately confused on what's wrong that calls for a shutdown.

From what I've seen and heard there is no specific reason at the moment.

Update on LF:

LeakForums is getting shut down in a few weeks because it is pulling a lot on the current owner's health.
Since he is already in some problems with his conditions worsening, he decided to not have the entire community with all the maintenance and what-not, affect him anymore.
Thus the shutdown of LF.

Some people say that the Owner "Cake" already said that he is going to close LeakForums about two months ago. Cake isn't telling us any specific reason but the one we could think of (Why he also removed the Leaks from the forum) is, that the Forums took down his mental health. He got depressed and couldn't handle the Illegal Things inside his Leak Sectors. I can understand his decision.

Cake killed the forums, SEO, everything when he removed it's niche... leaks. He replied to a thread saying it was closing but we shall see what happens in the end. Who cares? Nulled can only gain from this, it's been gaining from LF for too long anyway and will continue to do so. Onward and upward for Nulled I say.

He shutdown the "leak" section due to some law infliction or so, he had some legal issues or so, he even stated it back then

Leak is shutting down because Cake doesn't want to pass it down to another user, and he's tired of running it. lol
