Should I buy the new cod?

I usually dont play cod, but I am contemplating buying MW. The only game that I play usually is csgo and I want something to do when I get bored of playing csgo. The last cod I played was black ops 3 and I really disliked pretty much that whole game. Do you think that this new cod will be any better?and if so why?
