I'm running at quite a high budget right now for a Graphics Card, I would love to know your opinion on which one I should get for the best experience and cheapest price, I'm just not looking to spend more like 800 on a Graphics Card. Please tell me what your opinions are.

The 20 series cards are pretty WIP right now. I would try to find a 1080ti somewhere.

Currently, get whichever is cheaper and still in stock. There barely are high-end Pascal cards to sell anymore.

If you at this sum head on a good opportunity Rtx 2080, the 1080 and 1080ti go up in price unnecessarily because of their rarity to sell the rtx but you have the budjet therefore 2080 directly.

The new GeForce generation offers almost 1.5 times more performance and allows free gameplay (over 60 frames per second) in 4K resolution and with HDR enabled. It should also be noted that titles using technology related to machine learning and artificial intelligence (Deep Learning Super-Sampling) "accelerated" even more.
However, some of these new technologies are not yet fully elaborated, as evidenced by, for example, the unfulfilled performance in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

well. I'm fully in subject these days. Looks like the rtx 2080 really changes the landscape. I was asking myself if that was worth it. And finally watching hundreds of tests. i decided that i will change laptop for one with RTX inside, to keep laptop as long as possible

1080ti should run pretty much anything, no need to upgrade to the latest unless you got 4k!
