Should auto-jump be automatically enabled for Minecraft?

It seems a little annoying but I don't know, maybe there is a reason I am not thinking of for why it's enabled by default.

Well, I don't think that is a main option to be automatically enabled, it is confusing, maybe I'm an old school player, but I hate that feature.

Idk tbh, I have always hated that feature and i think it should be completely removed from the java edition version of minecraft.

For touch control, it is helpful.
But for keyboard control, no.

Its the first thing I turn off when creating a new instance. In my opinion it is absoloutly annoying and should be turned off by default.

it really shouldn't be enabled by default. like, yeah, i get it's mainly for newer players or people who don't know how to play, but uggghhhh it's so annoying constantly having to turn it off whenever i switch versions.

for Bedrock it makes sense, you are controlling it with a touchscreen or a controller. On Java not as much since you have a keyboard and easy access to the spacebar

Yes, is a good utility, and is more used for competitive servers or mini games

It's literally the most useless thing ever. Default it to off.

It's kinda annoying sometimes, but also kinda useful sometimes.
