Sidebar welcomeblock

Does anybody know how i can add a sidebar on my forum like a welcomeblock please?

Like example this..

I have a sidebar already on my forums, but at the top I'd like to have that welcomeblock above the image i shown you.

Use {$welcomeblock} in your sidebar and modify the header templates.
