Looks meh.
Too basic, a circle with writing and lines, blurred background with a girl.

Judging it for a Phone Cover:

• The font you used it quite poor.
  
• The circle you used is transparent, but not enough in my opinion.
  
• You tried to have it so that those two random lines went negative in the white, the contrast is too much.
  
• There is no other effect, from what I've seen, literally a circle with text.
