Am I the only person that can get away with 2-4 hours of sleep and feel fantastic? or when I don't I either do a 24 hour crackout session and then hibernate for fucking 3 days. Anyone? lmao

that doesn't sound very healthy!!!!! o useually sleep from 10 pm to a8 am, lots of sleep, very healthy & for good thinking all day :D

Sometimes i can sleep like that, sometimes i can't and wake up very tired. I sleep 8 hour usually.

I might be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure that the reason you can get away with very little sleep is because when you don't sleep that much, your body produces serotonin to combat fatigue.

Depends. Some days 4 hours is enough, other days I sleep 9-10. As they say, "the only thing that is truly consistent in life are the dead."

there used to be a time when I could sleep 2-3 hours a day and feel normal
now even if I sleep 10 hours I feel crap lmao
