Sleep

I just sleep when I'm tired and wake up when I feel like it, I dont really follow any rules like sleeping 8 hours a day :/

What is this "Sleep" you speak of... XD I honestly think I should get more of it, but every time I try it never really works as well as I generally hope

I hardly get enough sleep from running servers and procrastinating

fuck sleep i sleep sometimes 10 hours and sometimes 2

I sleep only 3-5 hours becasue i play to much video games. Normaly human needs 7-8 hours for a good sleep.

Why ? i don't really understand.

Have been very bad at sleeping lately, been staying up to 3 at night and sleeping until 14:00
