A lot of Shiloh Dynasty's stuff is pretty spicy, it's been sampled in a lot of sad songs so you may have heard of his stuff...

And for that reason can make you sad so maybe not always great for sleep. But it's relatively chill nevertheless.

Vaporwave is a good genre to sleep to. Most of the songs are very relaxing.

I used to be one of those spiritual people who partook in meditating and stuff, and I had either just background rain noise or the sound of the ocean playing in the background. Just something I'm used to from where I grew up, helped me become a lot more comfortable.
