recently bought a TicWatch 2S from amazon and it's not starting up (you can check the watch out here -
I said that I bought 3 charging docks from Amazon as I tought it was a charging issue to avoid any unnecessary back and forth troubleshooting emails.
After that, they will send you some troubleshooting tips, just say that none of them helped the matter with the watch not powering on.
After that, they will ask for a receipt. Generate a fake receipt (you can find many fake receipt generators here on Nulled) and send it to them. Make sure to make it flawless, I didn't have any issues with my SE as I made sure to make no mistakes in the receipt.
Then, they will ask you to send the watch back. Now, there are three options, you can choose either one of them that works for you, I went with boxing.
1) Boxing - They will send you a pre-paid shipping lable, just send them an empty box, I didn't have any issues with this.
2) Shipping problems - Say that there is a major battery leak, you spilled some blood on the device, anything you can think of as a reason not to ship the watch back. Being on vacation and not being able to send it out should work as well.
3) Just trying again - They will eventually ship you the watch without requiring to ship you back the watch. The real question is time and luck - when will you get the good-mood representative who will let you get away without shipping the watch back.
