So what got you all into gmod?

I personally was introduced through just seeing the game on steam and youtube and just being generally interested in it.

For me it was the darkrp videos i saw back in 2013-2014

2015, SCP-RP
that was the prime time of SCP-RP
not the new "training enforcement" style

Oh my god..... VanossGaming's garrys mod videos introduced me to a whole new world. Also found out about it while playing tf2 in 2011 but didn't really look it up.

I remember when I was little, seeing half life 2 and how it changed the genre then i found gmod and i just had this dream of playing it cuz i thought: damn, imagine making hl2 the way i want it xD.

I was kinda the same way, I grew up with half life 1, oddworld, and for some reason doom after hl2, but the first time I played half life 2 was on xbox and when I got it on pc I sucked at it and eventually I tried gmod and fell in love with it. That probably explains why I have 4,888 hours on it lol.

I got the game when I was really young probably just to mess around and build stuff, but what really got me into playing it was when I discovered MilitaryRP and PoliceRP.

I got into GMOD by seeing those funny role-play videos online, and all the shenanigans people would get into.

Some darkrp vids from baguettes you tubers from like 2k16 and now I'm at 5k h on xd

Idk for I just saw it bought it then got into it for the past 2-4 years after that It got boring I use to just hop on gmod then hop off but like idk anymore
