BOOBS- Cool Guy. He is owner of site so doesn't matter how he is and we also know why he is like that .

Lord Celebrimbor- Inactive - But i think he is doing his job great- Maybe he is inactive because he is making something new for NBB.

JOHN- Doing his duty well. But still theres some part where he should discuss more with the members and then take the decision.

Blaze- Friendly, Active And a good staff member. But the only thing is never seen any bans by you. But nah you try to communicate with members thats something really great. [You were admin in FC and did your job really goos then why not now bro , Bring your power back].

I'm sorry for not talking much to everyone and doing stuff 24/7 like I was doing in the past, I'm currently facing some .. well .. let me say "challenges" irl which take all of my energy at the moment. I'll try my best to get @linkzy "my power back here".

Also, I am banning some guys, just watch the banlist. I'm just more into talking to the people first before taking serious actions against them. Unfortunately talking mostly doesn't work.

Still, if anyone wants to talk, or has something to talk about, I'm always available to talk, to anyone.

BOOBS (Owner): You are good no need of improvements. Active and Friendly.

Lord Celebrimbor (Admin): Same as BOOBS. Helping each and everyone. Really fun to chat with him.

John (Senior Staff): Perfect Staff member or we can say you are senior staff. Knows everything going on the forum. Try to be more active. Strict but good as good staff member need.

Blaze (Staff): Never seen you on chat but you are good try to be more active and take care of some leechers.

BOOBS (Owner): Friendly, your the owner so yeah but your a awesome a guy.

Lord Celebrimbor (Admin): Don't see you or talk to you much but I'm sure your doing a great job helping linkz.

John (Senior Staff): I wouldn't say your a perfect staff member but i'll keep it to decent if that works.

Blaze (Staff): Hardly talk to you or see you around but its cool when the time is right maybe we can catch up with few things but other than that you might be a cool guy if so stay that way!

I'm appreciating the feedback, everyone. I'm not nearly as active as I should be, but when I am online I try to keep my activity strictly to moderation duties instead of idling. As for how strict everyone sees me as, I respond the way I do because the majority of you have been here a while and are expected to know the rules. Most of the warnings I hand out are minimal and disappear after a few days, they are meant solely to point you in the right direction.
If anyone wants to chat feel free to message me and I'll respond as soon as I can.

That's been something requested in the past and it has received the same response from Linkz, not me.
