Talk Modes - whisper/talk/yell

Talk Modes is a system that allows you to manage the distance of voice chat on you server and allow your players to whisper, talk or yell.
WHAT IS THIS?
Talk Modes is a simple and user-friendly solution that allows your players to manage the distance of their voice chat using three unique modes: whisper, talk and yell. Your players will be able to select their talk mode using a menu bound to a key specified in the in-game config. Talk Modes eliminates the issue of everyone being heard at a static and unpleasant range once and for all, being a perfect product for every roleplay server, be it SeriousRP or not. Talk Modes also takes pride in the fact that almost everything about the script is configurable through a sleek in-game menu with a special preview tool which allows you to visualize the distance.
