Do you think hiring teenagers to be a staff member on your forum is a good idea? Why or why not?

Some of you may not agree with me on this but I don't necessarily look at age when hiring staff. What I look for are.....

- Can this person be active and contribute to the forum in a positive manner?
- Can this person behave in a mature and responsible fashion?
- What sort of skills does this person bring to the table?

I look more for the maturity level in a person than I do anything else. Some teens may be able to be mature and some aren't. I look at how they present themselves over their age.

I don't give a fuck on the age if he/she is mature and knows what he's doing.

If I'm not wrong Sozin is ~15, but look, he's HQ af.

AndresXZ09 lol doesn't AmN go to collage? I don't think he was serious.

And also, I agree with you. I don't get why people judge by the age. I mean, if you can really tell then I get it but otherwise, srsly.

Well, it depends how you see the other person.

I like to do many jokes but many people mix it up with being "childish"

Also sozin is 15? Damn!

People will judge people by their age even though if they don't act like it at all.  :rly:

As long as the teenager is mature and follows the regulations and active. I can see why not (I been staff on many sites and done a wonderful day keeping a community clean and up tight).
