Depends on what type of game you're looking for if it's fps i'd recommend insurgency

the newly out unreal engine 5 matrix showcase

ride 4 for playstation has some stunning graphics

RDR2 looks and feels stunning imo

matrix is the most realistic but it's not a complete game so rather forza horizon 5

Definitely Escape from Tarkov. Sometimes I cannot believe the game was made in the Unity engine. But yeah, this game is aiming to be super realisting fps game but still with a lot of fun elements into it. For example the fire fights are just pumping your blood with adrenaline and you just want them to continue forever. But this game can also be a horror game from time to time.

Shooter wise i would say Escape from Tarkov the gun play is very realistic but the game is very hard to get good at
