1.12.2 probably best for MOST mods!!!!!!!!!!!

1.12.2 is the best stable version, for servers & clients.
Same for mods, so i'd recommend 1.12.2.

it kind of depends what you're in to in my opinion.
Automatization? Adventure?

1.7.10 is the best old version for mods. If you want a newer version choose 1.12.2
