Isn't this one of the security features that can be disabled on Dev build?

I don't use winblows anymore. Linux is a lot more fun to use IMO

Linux is far better for security but not everything (windows software) can run on their windows emulations. You can almost always find a free alternative though. But sometimes that just doesn't work and you need to use one piece of software for a specific feature.

Still, Windows 10 and it's shady practices is the reason I'm still rocking 7.

Install a packet sniffer on your W10 machine and use it to detect/view outgoing packets from Windows to Microsoft.

Sadly this is somethign that will happen when someone has a monopoly on the something. The only solution to this is really to allow the free market to take over. Government intervention never works.

I wonder if they could sell an OEM version of Windows 10 with none of the unimpressive "features" that is included with it.
If you cannot see my profile picture, your internet is slow!

Its Microsoft: of course they're going to spy on you. The only way to make them stop would be if a load of their users switched to another OS (like Linux) because of what they are doing - but of course this will never happen
